They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their friendly demeanour added a welcoming touch to my stay. The cleanness and smell of the room are extraordinary and refreshing. I was also lucky to have been met by Gharam at the reception. Her smile and eagerness to help and serve were exceptional. She even upgraded me to a suite that was out of this world. I walked into the hotel very tired, and by the time I reached my room after 4 minutes (thats how long i had to wait before i was given my room keys), the tiredness had evaporated that was undone by her smile and her pleasent self.

Also, the location is very near to Dubai tourist attractions (burj khalifa, dubai mall, museum of the future) and the location of the hotel is near the World Trade Metro Station, it is very accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious, big enough for my toddler to run around.
