I had a delightful experience during my stay at the hotel. The exceptional quality of the establishment left a positive impression on me. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the hotel staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. The accommodation provided was not only comfortable but also impeccably clean. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises. It truly contributed to a sense of comfort and relaxation during my stay. One of the highlights of my mornings was enjoying breakfast at the main restaurant. I was thrilled to find a wide range of choices available, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the dining experience was consistently enjoyable. Furthermore, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their friendly demeanour added a welcoming touch to my stay. Their genuine curiosity and willingness to assist created a positive and memorable experience. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall high quality of the hotel. The professionalism of the staff, the comfortable and clean accommodation, the abundance of breakfast choices, and the friendly and helpful service all contributed to a truly enjoyable stay. Perfection. From the moment I walked in till I left, everything was perfect, even the reception staff, everything was tailor-made for you. The room service was very quick. The cleanness and smell of the room are extraordinary and refreshing. I was also lucky to have been met by Gharam at the reception. Her smile and eagerness to help and serve were exceptional. She even upgraded me to a suite that was out of this world. I walked into the hotel very tired, and by the time I reached my room after 4 minutes (thats how long i had to wait before i was given my room keys), the tiredness had evaporated that was undone by her smile and her pleasent self.

The staff were very attentive to details. Yusef from the reception helped as and gave us a room with a nice view of Sheikh Zayed Road. Breakfast was amazing. Bandeep was always checking on us if we need anything. Mina and Yamin were very helpful during breakfast because they were helping us from our requests. They have a nice spread of breakfast, we loved it. Also, the location is very near to Dubai tourist attractions (burj khalifa, dubai mall, museum of the future) and the location of the hotel is near the World Trade Metro Station, it is very accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious, big enough for my toddler to run around.

Teddy helped us with the bags with a smile and Avinash provided us with towels and water whenever we requested in the middle of the night. The staff was accommodating to the presence of the baby.
