From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the professionalism exhibited by the hotel staff. They were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with any requests or inquiries. I greatly appreciated the attention to detail and the effort put into maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout the premises. It truly contributed to a sense of comfort and relaxation during my stay. One of the highlights of my mornings was enjoying breakfast at the main restaurant. I was thrilled to find a wide range of choices available, ensuring there was something to suit every palate. The quality of the food was excellent, and the dining experience was consistently enjoyable. Furthermore, I must commend the staff for their exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met, and their friendly demeanour added a welcoming touch to my stay. Perfection. From the moment I walked in till I left, everything was perfect, even the reception staff, everything was tailor-made for you. The room service was very quick. The cleanness and smell of the room are extraordinary and refreshing. I was also lucky to have been met by Gharam at the reception. Her smile and eagerness to help and serve were exceptional. She even upgraded me to a suite that was out of this world. I walked into the hotel very tired, and by the time I reached my room after 4 minutes (thats how long i had to wait before i was given my room keys), the tiredness had evaporated that was undone by her smile and her pleasent self.

Bandeep was always checking on us if we need anything. Mina and Yamin were very helpful during breakfast because they were helping us from our requests. They have a nice spread of breakfast, we loved it. Also, the location is very near to Dubai tourist attractions (burj khalifa, dubai mall, museum of the future) and the location of the hotel is near the World Trade Metro Station, it is very accessible. The rooms were clean and spacious, big enough for my toddler to run around.
